For TAPS:

It really quite simple:

All you have to do is unscrew the 'housing' at the end of the tap that holds your existing aerator or waterflow controller, remove that and clean out the grit and scale that will have accumulated there. Now insert your new 'HydroMeister REGULATOR' water flow reduction unit.
Screw the housing back on with the new unit inside. The 'holes' should be pointing out, toward the basin. The principle here is that instead of using one large aperture for the flow of water, there are 19 small ones that create the sensation of a full flow while using a fraction of the water!

Start saving the minute you turn your tap on.

For Showers:

Also simple to install:

If your shower head is on a hose, just unscrew the shower head from the hose and insert the little red flow controller into the thread end of the shower head. If you think of this unit as a 'hat' the crown of the hat should be pointing toward the outlet of the shower head.

You may not need a washer for this. Screw the shower head back onto the hose and test for leaks.

If your shower head is a fixture onto the wall, unscrew the fixture close to the wall, insert the red flow controller into the end of the fixture with the crown of the 'hat' facing toward the outlet of the shower head. Insert the washer behind the flow controller and screw the whole fixture firmly back onto the wall.

Test for leaks, and tighten if necessary.

The shower flow won't be as 'heavy' as previously, but still with a satisfying spray! Enjoy the savings!
